Role Summary:
We are seeking a capable and socially committed Center Manager to lead and oversee operations of our government project center in Kanpur. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and a passion for community development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the center
• Delegate responsibilities and coordinate tasks effectively among staff
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with project goals
• Hire, train, and supervise center personnel
• Foster collaboration across departments and maintain a positive work culture
• Uphold high standards of integrity, transparency, and professionalism
• Engage with local communities and stakeholders to promote social impact
• Develop and implement strategic plans for center growth and sustainability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
