Manage a team of counselors, faculty, and staff for smooth operations.
Ensure high-quality training delivery and student satisfaction.
Coordinate with the Head Office for reporting, targets, and compliance.
Conduct promotional activities such as seminars, workshops, and events to generate leads.
Maintain records of fees collection, student database, and MIS reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate clients.
