Center Head/Manager

As a Centre Director / Head at KLAY, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the centre and leading a team of educators to provide the best learning environment and childcare facilities for children and their families. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the entire centre operations and team effectively - Handling walk-ins and converting them into admissions - Serving as the primary point of contact for parents and the internal team - Mentoring and coaching the team to ensure their professional growth - Taking ownership of the Profit & Loss of the centre To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Early Childhood Education - 5-10 years of experience in managing a similar setup or in retail/customer service/client servicing background - Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of customer orientation - Self-driven with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Early Childhood Education and a tech-friendly attitude with knowledge of MS Office Additionally, KLAY is looking for experienced and mature women with a passion for nurturing children's gifts and being a trusted parenting partner.
