Job Title: Center Head (Only Females)
Location: Woodnote Preschool, Mysore Branch

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool, ensuring smooth academic and administrative functioning.
• Lead, mentor, and support teachers and staff to maintain high-quality early childhood education standards.
• Ensure implementation of the curriculum in line with Montessori and early education best practices.
• Manage admissions, parent interactions, and events to promote a positive school culture and growth.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and discipline standards within the school premises.
• Coordinate with the management for planning, reporting, and achieving enrollment targets.
• Conduct regular staff training sessions and performance evaluations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate or Postgraduate with a certification in Montessori / Early Childhood Education (ECE) / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT).
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Center Head in a reputed preschool.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passionate about early childhood education and child development.

Note: Transportation will not be provided; candidates are required to arrange their own commute.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
