Center executive will manage respective center operations of NephroPlus dialysis unit. Center Executive has to work to achieve optimum operational efficiency of units by coordinating with various functions to achieve target growth & profitability and maximize internal & external customer satisfaction. Result oriented, willing to travel and demonstrate outstanding guest centric behaviour. Must be a team player with effective communication skills to deal with team members and all levels within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Should be able to understand the overall administration of the dialysis centre.
  • Ability to handle daily staff administration, attendance, leave management.
  • Ability to handle employee grievances.
  • Ability to handle petty cash, centre inventory and office items purchases
  • Do a follow up for regular payments from partners
  • Giving best guest care services
  • Coordination with all the departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Contribute support to the diagnostic services at the centre
  • Tracking inventory by regular physical counting & cross checking with the consumption
  • Ability to handle the finances to be borne by company in as conservative manner as possible
  • Ability to interact with senior leadership/clients and manage expectations effectively
  • Ability to handle global or multi-location teams and customer projects
  • Ability to initiate corrective actions and preventative actions to prevent future non-conformances
  • Strong negotiation and teaming skills
  • Good eye for details & structured thought process
  • Good oral/written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills / ability to work with all levels in the organization
  • Updates and maintains own expertise, shares this with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Understand importance of maintaining proper records of service & assets as per company policy

Job Specification:

  • Qualification: Bachelors Degree;
  • Experience required: 1 to 3 years
  • Willingness to relocate within India, which could be temporary or permanent
  • Analytical and Self driven
  • Effective in written and verbal communication of the English language
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office applications especially MS-Excel & MS-Word
