What You'll Need

• Degree in Psychology or related field preferred but experience in coordinating and running a tuition centre speaks volumes too!
• A background in teaching, academic coordination, or centre management.
• A knack for organization, a flair for communication, and a touch of magic (figuratively, of course ).

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule classes like clockwork and ensure students are in the right groups.
• Take daily attendance and maintain a sharp eye on academic operations.
• Monitor class performances and provide real-time support to educators.
• Be the friendly face that connects with parents resolving concerns and celebrating progress.
• Turn enquiries into enchanting admissions with engaging demos and smart follow-ups.
• Coordinate all educator logs and classroom updates with finesse.
