1. Experience of working in process mining engagements on Celonis platform
2. Experience of data extraction from various ERP systems
3. Leverage out-of-box connector or build the custom connector for extraction
4. Extract and upload the digital footprints in process mining platform
5. Working knowledge of SQL
6. Build data tables & standard process KPI/SLA definitions
7. Understanding of APIs
8. Defining data requirements
9. Analyzing data
10. Visualizing data
11. Eagerness to learn new technologies
1. Understanding of agile methodology
2. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
3. Strong client relationship skills including ability to independently engage with clients
4. Exposure to BFSI domain and business processes
