As a Network Engineer at our company, your primary responsibilities will include: - Handling tickets and incidents via the Service Now platform - Leading technical incident calls as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Troubleshooting and providing break-fix support for technical issues - Performing root cause analysis of raised issues - Defining process improvements and ensuring adherence to processes - Taking shared ownership of resolving issues in an SLA-driven environment - Mentoring and training team members as an SME - Testing and auditing as required - Improving and maintaining customer and employee satisfaction - Working as part of a Follow the Sun support global support model Your technology knowledge should include: - Extensive experience in Private 5G environment - Specialization in Celona technology - Cisco SDA, Router (Cisco - BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, WAN), Switch (Cisco), Load Balancer (F5) - SD-WAN experience is a plus To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Network Engineer supporting global network infrastructures - Experience working as part of a global support (Follow the Sun) model - Cisco CCIE and other industry-standard networking certifications - Expert-level knowledge in real-time analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation of LAN/WAN architectures and IP services - Expert-level knowledge of troubleshooting, implementing, optimizing, and testing static and dynamic routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP - Extensive hands-on experience with various Cisco products and technologies including Cisco Prime, Wireless LAN technologies, WLAN Controllers, SDA, ASR, ISR, Catalyst product families, Meraki Devices, F5 Load balancers, and SD-WAN In addition to technical skills, we also value the following soft skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong presence and ability to lead highly complex real-time incident calls in front of customers and other parties - Excellent customer handling skills - Ability to handle high-pressure situations - Ability to drive HCL's values and methodology Certifications such as CCIE, F5-CSE/ F5-CTS, 300-415 ENSDWI, and ITIL v4 are preferred for this role.,
