Role Overview: Hitachi Solutions is looking for a Consultant to join their team. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for CRM projects, client discovery, requirements gathering, business analysis, documentation, and delivery support. You will act as a functional analyst for projects, working closely with clients to gather inputs, prioritize requirements, and lead project decision-making efforts. Your role will focus on guiding the solution design effort, end user training, client user acceptance process, and driving changes through acceptance and adoption.
