About the Role

We are looking for talented and experienced Global Cuisine Chefs who can craft high-quality dishes across multiple international cuisines. The ideal candidate will have passion, creativity, and hands-on experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prep, and cook dishes across various global cuisines (e.g., Continental, Italian, Asian, Middle Eastern, American, Mexican, etc.)
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, presentation, and hygiene
• Create new menu items and contribute to seasonal/upgraded menus
• Ensure portion control, cooking procedures, and recipes are followed
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and minimize food wastage
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen
• Train junior chefs and commis when required

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Global Cuisine Chef, Multi-Cuisine Chef, or equivalent role
• Strong knowledge of at least 2–3 international cuisines
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs
• Creativity in food preparation and plating
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Culinary degree/diploma from a recognized institute (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or cloud kitchens
