CDP (Indian Base)

• Food preparation: Prepare ingredients, including chopping, measuring, and pre-cooking, under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Cooking and plating: Cook dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality, and plate them in an appealing way.
• Hygiene and safety: Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, follow all health and safety regulations, and ensure proper food storage and waste disposal.
• Supervision and training: Supervise and train junior chefs, like commis chefs, and motivate them to work efficiently.
• Quality control: Ensure all dishes meet the established standards, monitor portion control, and check for product freshness and correct storage rotation.
• Coordination and teamwork: Coordinate with other chefs to ensure smooth service and work as part of the overall kitchen team.
• Assistance to senior chefs: Support the head chef and sous chef with tasks such as creating new menu items or handling purchase orders.
• Preparing specific food items and meal components at your station.
• Following directions provided by the head chef.
• Collaborating with the rest of the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and service.
• Keeping your area of the kitchen safe and sanitary.
• Stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station.
• Improving your food preparation methods based on feedback.
• Assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
