Suzie's is a charming garden restaurant in the scenic by-lanes of Assagao, North Goa. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef de Partie (CDP) at Suzie’s in North Goa. The individual will play an integral part in food preparation and cooking, specifically focusing on delivering high standards of food quality and creativity. Responsibilities include assisting in menu planning, maintaining kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards, and collaborating with other team members to produce fusion dishes that highlight local ingredients. The CDP will also manage a specific section of the kitchen, provide training to junior staff, and help innovate dishes aligned with the restaurant's seasonal themes.
