CD&E-Hashicorp support engineer -Senior Associate-Bangalore

Role Overview: As a Senior Associate at PwC's Advisory Acceleration Centre, you will be part of a team of problem solvers, contributing to solving complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your role will involve using feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, delegating tasks to provide growth opportunities, demonstrating critical thinking, and utilizing various tools to extract insights from industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to Hashicorp reported by customers - Lead incident calls with diverse stakeholders and apply fixes in Non-Prod and Production environments - Document problem solutions in the knowledge base and maintain detailed case progress throughout the support case lifecycle - Provide 24x7 on-call support via rotational schedule and participate in recurring support review meetings - Ensure incidents are resolved within defined SLAs and contribute to continual improvement efforts - Plan and deliver new activities on time, audit accounts, work on reports, address server login and user permission issues - Have 4+ years of hands-on experience in Hashicorp, preferably with certification - Experience in working with Hashicorp solutions using tools like SIEM and 2FA - Proficient in applying patches, conducting DR drills, and resolving issues related to unavailability and replication - Familiar with supporting platforms with Hashicorp, including Windows servers, UNIX servers, and databases - Willing to work in US day shift (9AM EST - 5PM EST) / India night shift (7 PM IST to 3 AM IST) and provide weekend/on-call support Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of hands-on experience in Hashicorp - Good to have Hashicorp Certification - Experience working with Hashicorp solutions using tools like SIEM, 2FA - Hands-on experience in applying patches and fixes - Proficiency in conducting Hashicorp DR drills and setup - Ability to resolve Hashicorp issues related to unavailability and replication - Experience in supporting platforms with Hashicorp, such as Windows servers, UNIX servers, and databases - Hands-on experience in implementing Hashicorp policies,
