Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development and Revenue Growth:

Drive branch revenue through equity trading, third-party product sales, and continuous new client acquisition.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, PMS, structured products, and fixed income instruments.

Branch Operations Management:

Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring smooth execution of trades and financial services.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor and optimize operational workflows and efficiency.

Team Leadership and Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team including equity dealers and relationship managers.
Set performance targets, conduct regular reviews, and provide ongoing training.
Cultivate a high-performance, collaborative team environment.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong relationships with HNIs and retail clients.
Deliver timely investment advice and tailored solutions.
Resolve client issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.

Market Analysis and Advisory Support:

Stay updated with market trends, economic indicators, and sector developments.
Offer actionable insights and investment recommendations to clients and team members.
Support clients with risk management and diversified portfolio strategies.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure adherence to SEBI, NSE/BSE, and internal regulatory frameworks.
Monitor branch-level trading and mitigate operational/investment risks.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure transparency and full compliance.
