Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a CCTV Technician. The CCTV Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV systems. Daily tasks include ensuring the optimal functionality of security systems, providing exceptional customer service, and handling any issues related to hazardous materials. Interaction with clients to explain systems and provide support is also a crucial part of this role.

Qualifications

• CCTV Installation and Troubleshooting skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Hazardous Materials handling
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Technical certification or relevant experience in electronic security systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred
