Job Description

As a CCTV Technician, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of surveillance systems. Your primary tasks will involve installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CCTV systems. Key Responsibilities: - Installation: You will install, configure, and commission new CCTV camera systems, which includes IP and analog cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and associated networking components. - Troubleshooting: Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving technical issues with existing CCTV setups, such as camera connectivity problems, recording failures, and video quality issues. - Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on CCTV equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or in a similar role. - Strong technical knowledge of different CCTV systems and brands. - Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP) and cabling standards. - Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics. - Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills. - Ability to work independently.
