Job Title: Surveillance & Security Systems Operator (CCTV)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Surveillance & Security Systems Operator to join our campus security team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of the university premises through effective monitoring and operation of advanced CCTV systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV feeds to detect unusual activities and respond appropriately.
• Manage DVR/NVR systems and ensure uninterrupted recording.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and report any technical issues with CCTV equipment.
• Coordinate with the security team to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain video evidence when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in CCTV operations/technical support.
• Knowledge of surveillance systems, networking, and system integration.
• Strong observation skills with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle emergencies calmly.
