Job Description

The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and company property. The role involves observing live footage, reviewing recordings, identifying suspicious activities, and reporting incidents promptly while maintaining strict confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Monitor live CCTV footage across all designated areas. Identify and report any suspicious, unsafe, or unauthorised activities. Maintain proper logs of daily observations and incidents. Assist management and security teams during investigations. Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report faults immediately. Preserve and retrieve footage as required by management. Follow all company security policies and SOPs. Coordinate with floor staff and security during emergencies. Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance information. Prevent theft, misconduct, and policy violations through effective monitoring.
