CCTV Monitoring Agents – Command Center (3 Openings) | Belapur, Navi Mumbai

About the Role:

Join our state-of-the-art CCTV Command Center in Belapur. As a Surveillance Agent, you’ll be part of a monitoring team overseeing live CCTV feeds across multiple client sites. You’ll be responsible for identifying and maintaining logs, and ensuring coordination with field teams.

Responsibilities:

Monitor CCTV feeds across multiple locations

Record, escalate, and report suspicious activity or incidents

Maintain accurate event logs and shift handover reports

Coordinate with the Team Leader for timely issue resolution

Requirements

Basic computer skills and strong observation abilities

Good communication and reporting skills

Freshers welcome – training will be provided

Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Salary: ₹14,000 per month

Shift: Rotational
