Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to detect unusual or suspicious activity.
Ensure all cameras and recording equipment are functioning properly at all times.
Report incidents or security concerns to the Security Manager or relevant authorities promptly.
Maintain logs and records of activities, incidents, and equipment checks.
Coordinate with on-ground security staff during emergencies or incidents.
Preserve video evidence and assist in investigations when required.
Follow company policies and confidentiality standards while handling security footage.
Conduct routine checks of control room systems and report technical issues.
Support in implementing safety and security procedures across the premises.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Diploma / ITI / +2 or any equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations preferred.
Basic knowledge of surveillance systems and security protocols.
Good observation, communication, and reporting skills.
Ability to remain alert and focused during long monitoring hours.
Familiarity with computers and CCTV software operation.
Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.

Working Conditions:

Control room–based position.
Rotational shifts as per the company schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
