Job Description:

Coremech Projects Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and skilled CCTV & IT Hardware Networking Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV surveillance systems as well as IT hardware and networking components.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, responsible, and capable of handling field installations and service calls independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain analog and IP-based CCTV systems (indoor & outdoor).
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, and other security systems.
• Install and configure IT hardware such as desktops, switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, and basic server setups.
• Handle basic LAN/WAN setup, cabling (cat6/fiber), and network troubleshooting.
• Conduct on-site surveys and prepare BOQs as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation of installations and service visits.
• Coordinate with the project team and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain tools, spares, and stock responsibly.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CCTV and IT networking installations.
• Strong understanding of surveillance system architectures and IT hardware.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Familiarity with Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, or similar brands is a must.
• Experience in structured cabling and IT infrastructure setup is an advantage.
• Must have a valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license and be willing to travel across project sites.
• Local candidates from Navi Mumbai or Mumbai are preferred.

Salary:

Not a constraint for the right candidate. Attractive compensation will be offered based on experience and skillset.

License/Certification:

• 50% (Preferred)
