Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

C/C++ Developer

with strong expertise in developing enterprise-grade applications on

AIX platform

, along with hands-on experience in

Switch development/integration

. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in system-level programming, performance optimization, and working in mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using
C/C++
on
AIX platform
.
Work on
Switch-related development/integration
, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality applications.
Optimize code for
high performance, scalability, and reliability
.
Perform
debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
for system-level issues.
Ensure compliance with coding standards, security practices, and enterprise guidelines.
Participate in system architecture discussions and provide technical leadership when required.

Required Skills & Experience

8 to 12 years of experience in
C, C++ programming
.
Strong expertise in
AIX (IBM UNIX) platform
.
Hands-on experience with
Switch development/integration
.
Good understanding of
system-level programming, IPC, multi-threading, and performance tuning
.
Experience in
enterprise application development
with high availability and reliability.
Proficiency in debugging tools, memory management, and optimization techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and in a team.
