CBS-AWS-SSR-EA CoE-Senior Associate-Executive assistant

We are looking for a skilled Senior Associate to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the delivery of high-quality Executive Assistant (EA) support to identified executives. Coordinate with the EA team to ensure effective delivery of core EA tasks, including meetings, events, diary management, travel management, email management, client relationship management, and expense management. Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of EA services. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of EA services with other business functions. Provide guidance and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Analyze and resolve complex issues related to EA services, ensuring timely and effective solutions. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; relevant certifications preferred. Possess strong administration and organizational skills, with excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities. Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Exhibit flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with fair knowledge of MS Outlook and Lync. Ability to manage multiple activities concurrently, with strong time management and organizational skills.
