Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Deliver lectures and practical training in catering management, food production, food & beverage service, and event catering. Plan, develop, and update course materials in line with industry trends and academic standards. Evaluate student performance through assignments, assessments, and practical exams. Supervise students during hands-on training and real-time catering events. Organize workshops, field visits, and guest lectures to enhance learning. Guide students in projects, internships, and career planning. Maintain records of attendance, grades, and academic progress. Collaborate with other faculty and staff on curriculum planning and institutional development. Stay current with industry practices and integrate new trends and techniques into the classroom. .
