Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily office operations. Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems (both digital and physical). Handle internal and external communications including phone calls, emails, and mail. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and documentation. Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents. Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative procedures.
