Job Responsibilities:

• Looking after website updating ,cataloging and maintenance.
• Update all new product details and photos.
• Change widgets and website flash content as and when required.
• Make web page more appealing and easy to understand.
• Follow-ups & coordination with departments & guest wherever required for online purchases.

E-Commerce co-ordinator /Executive - Job Profile

• · Create, optimize and manage product listings
• · Uploading high quality images
• · E-Commerce campaign management - Plan and execute advertising campaigns to increase sales and visibility
• · Achieve sales targets, prepare regular performance reports, and provide insights to management
• · Coordinate with marketing and designing team to ensure compelling product descriptions and images
• · Monitor seller accounts on E platforms & resolve listing issue
• · Oversee shipment tracking and reconciliation, ensuring efficient inventory at fulfilment centres
• · Block sufficient product quantity for E-Commerce platforms
• · Handle inquiries from pro-sellers and to resolve them
• · Rectify MOPs on E-Commerce Platforms
• · Stay updated with latest E-Commerce trends, marketplace policies, and competitor activities
• · Required skills & Qualifications

Skills

• · E-Commerce Platform Experience
• · Analytical Skills-Strong ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and use data to drive decisions
• · Proficient in soft skills for reporting and data management
• · Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• · Digital marketing knowledge
• · Interest in gaming industry & knowledge of PlayStations, other consoles will be added advantage
• · Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or in related field
• · Experience – 3 to 5 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
