Catalog Executive

Job Summary

The Catalog Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day marketplace operations across platforms such as Myntra, Nykaa, Nykaa Fashion, Amazon, and Shopify. The role involves order processing, returns management, coordination with warehouse and logistics teams, inventory monitoring, and ensuring smooth execution of technical and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain

  daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

  for all online marketplaces (Myntra, Nykaa, Nykaa Fashion, Amazon, Shopify).
• Coordinate with the

  warehouse team

  to confirm order picking status, process orders, and share invoices, labels, and manifests.
• Update

  customer returns/RTO

  in Unicom after assessing product quality.
• Handle

  customer refunds

  , maintain refund records on G-Drive, and ensure timely updates.
• Collaborate with

  logistics, marketplace representatives, warehouse teams, and Unicom

  to resolve technical issues related to order processing, returns, and product cataloging.
• Raise

  dispute requests

  in cases of wrong product returns.
• Monitor and analyze

  inventory syncing

  to ensure stock levels are accurate across all platforms.
• Possess working knowledge of the

  onboarding processes

  for Myntra and Flipkart.
• Manage

  discounts, events, coupons, and sale setups

  across marketplaces and Shopify; validate that promotions are running correctly.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and maintain reports.
• Familiarity with platforms like

  Unicom, Shopify

  , and major marketplaces.
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
