Catalog Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the complete catalog lifecycle across website and marketplace platforms
Oversee the catalog calendar and ensure timely product launches
Upload and manage new product listings across all digital channels
Ensure product dataincluding descriptions, features, attributes, and images—is accurate and optimized
Monitor and update inventory across channels to avoid stock discrepancies
Conduct regular pricing audits and update prices for promotions and seasonal changes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute sales activations and campaigns
Maintain product visibility, categorization, and navigation for enhanced customer experience
Analyze product listing performance and share insights for optimization

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in eCommerce catalog or product management (preferred)
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Shopify
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities
Good communication and coordination abilities
