Cashier/Customer Service

You are required to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for handling cash, credit, and digital transactions, ensuring a smooth checkout experience, and providing top-notch customer service to enhance customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include greeting customers upon their arrival, scanning items, verifying pricing accuracy, and issuing receipts. You will also be in charge of counting the cash in the register at the beginning and end of shifts, maintaining cleanliness and order at the checkout area, resolving customer complaints, and assisting in stock management and store displays as needed. Furthermore, you must adhere to all store policies and procedures related to money handling and security. To excel in this role, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar customer service position would be advantageous. Basic math skills, attention to detail, strong communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential for this position.
