Job Description

Transaction Processing: Scan items, calculate totals, process payments (cash, credit/debit), and provide accurate change.
Customer Service: Greet customers, answer product/policy questions, handle complaints, returns, and exchanges, and offer recommendations.
Cash Handling: Count starting/ending cash, balance the register, and maintain adequate change.
Checkout Area Maintenance: Keep the register area clean, organized, and stocked.
Sales Support: Upsell/cross-sell products, promote loyalty programs, and stay updated on promotions.
