Cashier Team Leader

Provide hands-on supervision and coaching to team members to ensure consistent performance, excellent customer service, and adherence to company standards. Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times to meet operational demands and peak business periods. Monitor employee performance on an ongoing basis, offering feedback, support, and corrective action when necessary. Deliver comprehensive cashier training to new and existing employees, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with store procedures. Oversee cash control processes, including cash handling, reconciliation, and adherence to financial security policies. Review and approve transactions, voids, refunds, and overrides in accordance with company guidelines. Manage supply inventory, ensuring that essential materials and equipment are ordered, stocked, and readily available to support daily operations.
