Job Title: Cashier – RS Roasted Gram Mills Location: Kumbakonam Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: RS Roasted Gram Mills is looking for a trustworthy and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily transactions, assisting customers, and maintaining accurate records, all while providing a friendly and professional experience at our store. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with purchases Process payments accurately (cash, card, UPI, etc.) Issue bills, receipts, and handle returns or exchanges Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing area Track daily sales and submit end-of-day reports Answer customer inquiries about products and pricing Coordinate with production and packing staff for smooth order processing Maintain records of bulk and wholesale purchases (if applicable) Requirements: Prior cashier or accounting experience preferred (especially in food/grain mills) Basic computer and billing software knowledge Strong communication and customer handling skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented Benefits: Competitive salary Staff discounts on products Supportive work environment Opportunities for skill development Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 03/06/2025
