Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect fees (cash, cheque, online payment confirmations) from students/parents and issue receipts.
  • Maintain accurate daily records of all transactions and prepare cash reports.
  • Deposit cash/cheques in the bank on a daily basis and reconcile collections with bank statements.
  • Handle petty cash and ensure proper accounting of all expenses.
  • Handling Cash Counter, Generate Invoice, handling PDC, Maintaining transactions, Managing Records
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for operation work. Support dept. with administrative task required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce/Finance or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a cashier/account assistant, preferably in education or service industry.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Tally/ERP software.
  • Strong numerical ability, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of honesty and integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
