• Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Foundation Faculty member to teach students in grades 8th, 9th, and 10th CBSE, focusing on building a strong academic foundation in subjects like English, Social Studies, Mathematics and Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the CBSE curriculum, with the ability to engage, motivate, and inspire students to achieve their highest potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Design & Delivery
• Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for foundation-level courses.
• Create lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments tailored to diverse student needs.
• Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, workshops, and practical sessions.
• Student Development
• Identify individual learning needs and provide personalized guidance.
• Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and critical thinking.
• Collaboration & Coordination
• Work collaboratively with other faculty to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
• Participate in faculty meetings, training, and professional development activities.
• Contribute to the development of institutional policies and programs.
