Key Responsibilities:
· Receive and process payments (cash, card, digital transactions).
· Maintain accurate cash records and daily transaction reports.
· Handle customer billing and issue receipts.
· Verify cash balance at the beginning and end of the shift.
· Deposit collected cash in the bank as per company rules.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cash counter.
· Resolve customer payment-related issues.
· Follow company policies related to financial security.
Skills Required:
· Strong numerical and accounting software skills
· Basic computer knowledge (billing software, tally, POS machine)
· Good communication and customer service skills
· Trustworthiness and high level of integrity
· Ability to handle pressure during rush hours
Educational Qualifications:
· Minimum: High School / Intermediate
· Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in same field
· Preference: Graduate in Commerce or related field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
