Cashier

Duties and Responsibilities

§ Welcome customers with a warm smile.

§ Display outstanding customer relation skills and ensure a customer priority culture.

§ Serve each visitor respectfully, and effectively with honest, positive, friendly, and exuberant attitude.

§ Appeal to impatient customers keep them at ease, especially during rush hours.

§ Having an Excellent mathematical, multitasking, and computer skills.

§ Operate and manage the Restaurant POS, Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, Internet, and others.

§ Be Proficient in using debit card machines required for transactions.

§ Take customer orders at the counter.

§ Receive payments and present change to customers

§ Handle the responsibilities for calculations involving a lot of cash.

§ Maintaining and updating cash entries into the payment system at the completion of the meal.

§ Ensure accuracy in calculations.

§ Register the details in the system including all online payments and cash operations.

§ Ensure a balance of all the cash registration at the end of both the shifts.

§ Function as the host/hostess of the restaurant whenever required.

§ Flexibly work in a continuous schedule of day, night, and holidays if situation demands.

§ Perform smaller tasks to assist and help other personnel in quickly functioning the orders and rounding up.

Requirements

1. Must be able to communicate effectively i.e, read, write, speak, and listen carefully.

2. Effectively maintain and check for records in the computer system.

3. Must poses strong mathematical, problem-solving abilities.

4. Must be organized, accurate, and manage the work and related duties effectively.

5. Must Handle the customer issues and queries effectively.

6. Use the analytical, logical, and critical thinking ability in handling everyday responsibilities.

7. Must poses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

8. Must be willing to relocate to Goa.

9. Should be ready to work in a break shift.

- Time: 10.30 am to 3.30 pm & 6.30 pm to 11.30 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
