Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for highly complex client account openings and product setup requests for corporate clients and financial institutions. Your role will involve implementing top-tier solutions, delivering seamless product/service setup, monitoring product performance, generating new product ideas, and liaising with other areas of the bank to implement changes. Key Responsibilities: - Implement Cash Management, Trade products, and solutions such as Account Opening, Electronic Banking, Host to Host, ERP Integration, APIs, and global file format testing. - Manage end-to-end implementation of Cash & Trade products and solutions for clients. - Coordinate with onshore teams on documentation for account-related activities and setup on Corporate Bank Products. - Conduct E2E UAT testing and go-live activities for electronic banking/Host to Host/Integration. - Maintain product documentation, including signature verification and digitized document archival. - Ensure timely delivery of required document packages with quality. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all related setups are in place. - Escalate technical/product issues to Level 2 support teams. - Develop proactive correction plans to minimize downstream impact and manage client escalations. - Support product teams with testing during releases and bug fixes. - Document team tasks using Internal Workflow Tools. - Manage each case using internal case management tool. - Be flexible with work timings to support other geographical locations in Asia Pacific. Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience in Cash Management/Trade Finance Implementation. - Experience in IT systems administration/Networking will be an advantage. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Analytical capabilities and logical thinking. - Ability to work effectively as part of a global/regional team. - University degree or equivalent professional experience. - Fluency in Japanese/Mandarin (3-5 years of experience).
