Job Description

As a Cash Application Department Lead at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to shape your career in a collaborative and empowering environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the adherence to all Service Level Agreements and deliver high-quality service to clients, driving continuous improvement. Your role will involve promoting teamwork, providing coaching and feedback to a small/medium size team, and networking with other functions. You will also interact with Client Leadership to manage relationships at both local and regional levels. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Cash Application Department, ensuring smooth execution of end-to-end cash operations. - Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues and troubleshoot complex cases. - Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to drive process excellence and innovation. - Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve collections, cash application, and reconciliation activities. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated experience in leading cash application operations and driving continuous improvement. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders. - Proficiency in applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process excellence. - Ability to manage relationships at both local and regional levels.
