Job Description

Job Title: Cash Application Associate

Experience Required: 1-2 years in Cash Applications exp is must

Shift Timing: Night Shift (5:00 PM 2:00 AM IST)

Salary- 2-3 lpa (Based on previous experience)

Immediate joiners only

Work from office

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cash posting activities accurately and within timelines
Handle incoming emails related to payments, remittances, and customer queries
Reconcile payment entries and ensure accurate application against customer accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

12 years of hands-on experience in Cash Applications
Good knowledge of email handling and cash posting processes
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel
Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment

Preferred Attributes

Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a willingness to learn new processes
Basic knowledge on ERP (oracle)
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive work attitude
Team player with good adaptability
