Cash and Trade Processing Manager

Role Overview: You will be a part of the Sanction Screening Hub, a specialized unit providing sanction control services. The CSIPL HUB was established in 2020 and has expanded its list of services and scope of countries since then. Your team will cater to most countries in APAC while also providing support to EMEA & NAM regions. The primary focus will be on delivering high-quality services with timely performance, adhering to the Global Sanctions Policy. Additionally, individual development in a comfortable work environment is encouraged for every team member. Key Responsibilities: - Support the site/unit head with daily duties. - Lead and manage the Sanctions Ops Team on a 24/7 basis. - Execute projects related to CSIPL Hub and Sanctions. - Achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the unit. - Collaborate with KPIs to identify gaps and areas for improvement. - Engage in regular global communication with business partners. - Proactively identify and address process-related risks. - Oversee the process to ensure timely and accurate daily execution. - Identify, develop, and retain key talent for the overall business. - Serve as the senior management contact point for sanctions. - Support local and regional sanctions projects and initiatives. - Initiate and drive productivity, quality, automation, and efficiency projects. - Stay updated on sanctions regulatory environment knowledge. - Report all control requirements in a timely manner. - Ensure adherence to all global policies. Qualifications: - Previous relevant Sanctions experience (9 years or more preferred). - Fundamental understanding of financial industry regulations. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Effective communication and analytical abilities. - Experience in people management and development. - AI Knowledge (preferred but not mandatory). Education: - Bachelors/University/Post-Graduate degree or equivalent experience. - Relevant domain certifications, if available.
