We work closely with clients to develop strategies to achieve their objectives. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Case Management Coordinator located in Ghaziabad. The Case Management Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating cases, providing social work support, and facilitating communication between clients and relevant social services. Daily tasks include handling case documentation, attending client meetings, and ensuring managed care protocols are followed.
