The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter specialized in assembly and installation of modular kitchens and modular wardrobes. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills to read layout drawings, assembling modular components, and ensuring high-quality installation with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and install modular kitchens, wardrobes, and storage units as per design drawings and site measurements.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and layout plans.

Conduct site preparation, leveling, and fitting checks before installation.

Handle assembly of prefabricated panels, hardware, and accessories.

Install various fittings such as hinges, channels, handles, drawer systems, lift-ups, and sliding mechanisms.

Ensure alignment, leveling, and finishing of all units for a premium and seamless look.

Perform on-site adjustments and troubleshooting during installation.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the worksite.

Coordinate with the design, production, and project management teams to ensure timely completion of work.

Inspect and report defective materials or missing parts to supervisors.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Modular Carpenter (Modular kitchens, Modular wardrobes and Modular interiors).
• Strong understanding of modular hardware and installation systems
• Ability to read and work from AutoCAD layouts or technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of materials such as plywood, MDF, particle board, laminates,
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and site work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
