Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs to ensure the property remains in good condition.
Landscaping: Manage landscaping duties, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and planting flowers to enhance the property's aesthetic appeal.
Cleaning: Oversee cleaning responsibilities for common areas, living spaces, and outdoor premises to maintain a hygienic environment.
Security: Monitor security systems and conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure the safety of residents and prevent vandalism.
Tenant Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing maintenance requests, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Coordination: Coordinate with contractors for specialized repair work and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and manage inventory of property supplies and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge in building maintenance and repair, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with tenants and contractors.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
Time Management: Strong time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed within set timeframes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
