Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Development Executive located in Hyderabad. The Career Development Executive will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing career development plans, and conducting workshops and seminars. Responsibilities also include assessing employee performance, providing feedback, and collaborating with management to align career development with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning experience
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Project Management skills and experience in Sales
• Relevant experience in career development or training roles
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
