Career development advisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Development Advisor, located in Noida. Responsibilities include providing personalized guidance to students and professionals seeking online education, assisting in career planning, and supporting applicants in identifying relevant opportunities. The advisor will conduct one-on-one consultations via calls, help in program selection, and offer insights into resources, internships, and financial assistance programs when applicable. Core duties also encompass assisting students in navigating their career paths and helping them make informed decisions.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate educational programs and career paths effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide clear and empathetic guidance.
• Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring students or professionals is highly valued.
• Program development skills to create and execute initiatives for student support and engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Prior experience in career counseling, academic advising, or a similar role is a plus.
