Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor (Sales) located in Noida. The Career Counselor will focus on guiding students toward suitable programs, managing inquiries, and assisting in the course selection process. Responsibilities include conducting student counseling sessions, providing career guidance, and supporting enrollment processes to align education and career aspirations. Effective communication in addressing client needs and achieving sales goals is a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Experience in Student Counseling and providing tailored career advice
• Strong Communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking abilities
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to align career solutions to individual goals
• Previous experience in a sales-oriented counseling role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Dynamic and goal-driven individual comfortable in an on-site work environment
