Career Counselor(Freelancing)

Conduct one-on-one and group career counseling sessions to assist students in identifying career goals. Develop and implement career development workshops, including resume writing, interview preparation, networking, and personal branding. Guide students on industry trends, job market insights, and employer expectations, particularly in fields like consulting, finance, marketing, operations, and technology. Assist students with job search strategies, including optimizing LinkedIn profiles and cover letters. Collaborate with corporate recruiters and hiring partners to facilitate campus placements and job opportunities. Provide mentorship on skill-building, certifications, and continuing education relevant to MBA specializations. Maintain strong industry connections to stay updated on employment trends and recruitment practices. Offer career assessments and psychometric tools to help students understand their strengths and career preferences.
