Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide personalized counseling to prospective students, helping them explore and select the most suitable UG/PG programs based on their academic goals and interests.
Build, maintain, and strengthen lead relationships through consistent follow-ups, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
Understand each student’s unique needs and deliver accurate, well-informed course recommendations to support their career choices.
Meet and exceed monthly targets for admissions, sales, and enrollments while maintaining high-quality interactions.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams—including admissions, operations, and support—to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for every student.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience: 0–1 year (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
Strong persuasive abilities and confidence in guiding students toward the right educational paths.
