Career Counselor

As a Career Counselor at our company located in Mount Road, Chennai, you will be responsible for providing guidance and advice to individuals regarding their career choices. You will play a crucial role in assisting clients from various industries such as Banking, IT, BPO/ITES, Manufacturing, and Automobiles in making informed decisions about their professional paths. To excel in this role, you should have 0 to 3+ years of experience in interacting with top clients. Your negotiation, convincing, and client servicing skills will be essential in building strong relationships with our diverse clientele. Additionally, your ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and showcase confidence and self-motivation will be highly valued. Having good communication skills and a solid understanding of technology will be advantageous in effectively communicating with clients and understanding their needs. This position requires a Graduate or 12th Pass qualification and welcomes both freshers and experienced individuals. The salary range for this position is between 15k to 25k, and the working hours are from 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM with Sundays off.
