Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counselor Freelancer, located in Lucknow. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career guidance and counseling to students, developing career plans, and assisting with career management and development. Daily tasks include one-on-one counseling sessions, organizing workshops, and providing resources to help students achieve their career goals.

Qualifications

• Career Counseling, Student Counseling skills
• Experience in Career Development and Career Management
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students
• Experience in tech education or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
